St. Clement Food Pantry is one of over twenty food pantries in the Cambria County area that serves families in need of assistance. Our food pantry receives funding from state and federal agencies as well as the generosity of many individuals and groups in the area. The majority of our food is purchased from Food for Families, a food warehouse affiliated with St. Vincent de Paul. Food for Families, a non-profit organization, receives its supplies from Feeding America, the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, area wholesalers and government commodities.

 

The St. Clement Food Pantry serves distressed families in the Southmont, Westmont, and Upper Yoder areas of Johnstown. If you are in need of assistance, please visit the food pantry on the first or third Friday of the month between 9:00  AM and Noon. If an urgent need exists that cannot wait until Friday, leave a message for the director, Richard Von Schlichten, at 255-2200 or call the parish office at 255-4422. Our food pantry is located at 114 Lindberg Avenue just past the school beneath the St. Clement Church office.
