Sign-up sheets are located in the main vestibule of our church through October 15. Surveys say our vendors appreciate the assistance our congregation provides during carry-in and carry-out. We anticipate having more vendors so need more able-bodied volunteers to assist the evening of October 20, early the morning of October 21 and mid-afternoon October 22. Great opportunity for Confirmation service hours.

Two shifts of volunteer slots are also available each day October 21 and 22 in the bake sale, kitchen, coffee/beverages station and raffle ticket sales. Please donate a couple hours of your time to make this community event and parish fundraiser a success. Thank you!
