Outdoor Welcome Mass

The Outdoor Welcome Mass at St. Clement Church Pavilion was held last Sunday, August 13, 2023 at 2:00 in the afternoon.
“Where two or three are gathered in my name, There am I in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:20)
The day was spectacular, sunny and bright. When Father Rosenbaum arrived on scene he quipped, “Today is a bit Windy…much like me.”
Under the shade of the pavilion nearly every chair was taken prior to the start of Mass. The music was perfect and many in attendance noted that everyone seemed to join in singing, for a truly inspirational experience.
Before departing, the congregation was invited to sample the food and drink prepared by the talented bakers of our Church.
The kitchen area was filled with fancy deserts and pastries of many kinds. Few could resist trying the gob cakes or pineapple upside down cakes, and some went home with a care package of treats. The chocolate covered pretzels were very popular.
The Outdoor Mass was a great success and could become an Annual Event?
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.” (Matthew 25:35)
