Weekly Post

Hello, this is Fr. Rosenbaum, with my weekly call. I hope you are doing well considering what seems like another week, unfortunately another week, where we are presented with new challenges to our daily lives and our spiritual lives. As we are united with those  around the world faced with the tribulations of the CORONAVIRIS pandemic. Our need for healing and protection is very real. Also, we are faced with unrest caused by issues of racial injustices. All of these challenges have created a need for Spiritual, Interpersonal and Social Healing.

Our hearts, our minds, our emotions yearn for Jesus’ invitation in this Sunday’s Gospel.

Jesus invites us, “ Come to me all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Mt. 11:28)

We need to accept this invitation.

We need to place our ‘burdens’ in hands of Jesus.

We need to let go of our ‘powerlessness’ our ‘frustrations’ and our ‘fears.’

Not always easy to put our complete trust in God.

Our need calls us to continue to rely on our relationship with the Lord. We pray, we pray at home, we pray with our families, we pray with our parish family.

I understand and am supportive if you are not yet able to come to church. I welcome you to pray with us on Sunday at 3 o’clock on channel 9 on Atlanticbb Cable TV and on out St. Clement Website and our Facebook Page.

If you are able to come to church, we will have mass on Saturday at 4 o’clock and Sunday morning at 9:30am.

We will offer Holy Communion on Sunday from 11:00am to 12 noon.

We pray for healing and protection. We pray renewing our dependence on God, so we can face the challenges before us.

Please call me if I can help you in any way.

May Our Savior Continue To Bless And Protect You And Your Loved Ones.

Goodbye,

Fr. Rosenbaum
